Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the service and any related applications. By accessing or using any feature, you agree to be bound by all Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and the service.
Eligibility and Registration
Use of the service is permitted only for individuals aged 13 and above, or higher if required by local law. Registration requires a valid email address and password. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining your account’s security and for all activities under your account.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the service. Prohibited activities include harassment, fraud, spamming, and distribution of harmful software. You must not attempt to breach network security or access unauthorized data. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
User Content License
All content you submit remains your property, but you grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license for the service to host, display, and distribute that content. You represent that you hold all necessary rights for any content submitted. The service may remove any content at its discretion for violating these Terms. You agree to indemnify for third-party claims related to your content.
Pricing and Taxes
Access to premium features requires payment of fees as indicated at the time of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of paid services.
Subscription Management
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account dashboard. Canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current term. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription.
Service Modifications
The service may update, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. Major changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated service. No compensation is owed for modifications.
Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, security risks, or operational requirements. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon suspension or termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, content, and design remain with their respective owners. You are granted only a limited license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited. Violators may face legal consequences.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with use.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or local courts. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
